This recognition highlights the quality, relevance, and impact of EU4YOUTH2ACT in empowering young people to actively participate in democratic life and civic engagement at the local and European levels.
What Is Europe Goes Local?
Europe Goes Local is a European platform that connects local youth work with European youth policy. It brings together municipalities, youth workers, organisations, National Agencies, and policymakers to improve the quality and recognition of local youth work. The platform focuses on sharing knowledge, promoting innovation, and highlighting inspiring practices that can be transferred and adapted across different contexts in Europe.
One of EGL’s core activities is the collection and dissemination of good and best practices in local youth work, showcasing initiatives that effectively support youth participation, inclusion, and empowerment.
EU4YOUTH2ACT as a Best Practice
EU4YOUTH2ACT has been selected as a Best Practice within the Europe Goes Local framework due to its strong focus on:
